The new Ambassador of Uganda in Algeria presents copy of his credentials to Minister Messahel. 28/09/2017.

His Excellency John Chrysostom Alintuma Nsambu, Ambassador of Uganda to Algeria, presented copy of his crendentials to Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel.

Mr. Nsambu studied at the United States International University in San Diego and at the Technical University of Braunschweig in Germany. He has a bachelor’s of international relations and a master’s of political science.

Mr Alintuma Nsambu joined Parliament in 2001 just two months after graduating with his MA in Political Science at the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany.

In 2006, he became a Member of Parliament for Uganda. Over the next five years (2006-2011), he served as minister of state for Information Communications and Technology and was a member of the presidential and foreign affairs committee of Parliament.
