Over 38 tons of cannabis were seized in Algeria, including 80.62% in the country’s west over the eight first months of 2017, announced the National Office for the Fight against Drug and Drug Addiction (ONLDRT) in a report.

Military car manufacturing: More than 13.000 Mercedes Benz units made in Algeria.
About 13,000 vehicles of all types have been manufactured so far, in Algeria, by Mercedes-Benz vehicle manufacturing plants coming under the Ministry of National Defence, said on 4th December, in Algiers, the Director of the Board of Directors of the Algerian company for Mercedes-Benz Vehicle Manufacturing (SAFAV-MB) in Tiaret General, Smail Krikrou.
In continuation with this achievement, a total of 380 multipurpose Mercedes-Benz trucks and vehicles have been delivered the same day by the Algerian Motors Services-Mercedes-Benz (SPA AMS-MB) in Rouiba to the Central Material Department, coming under the Ministry of the National Defence, as well as to public and private companies.
